[mapguide-internals] Next MapGuide 2.4 release: Beta or RC?

Hi,

I don't have the current beta but I keep watching the Trac changesets and
there is a lot of finesse going in now.  And I am guilty of not yet
retesting an outstanding bug!  Hopefully I can test against later this week.

My query on the RC process would be how the embedded FDO relates to the FDO
release process.
According to http://fdo.osgeo.org/ we are only at Beta1 and there are still
changes (important looking WMS changes!) going in at the 3.7 branch.

The FDO roadmap (http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/roadmap) is horribly out of sync
with the OSGeo page though that's not a MapGuide specific issue.

So, my questions are: 

 * Will a RC MapGuide be built on the current FDO release (3.7 RC1) or a
build from the 3.7 branch at the same time.

 * Will a MapGuide RTW be created before a final release FDO 3.7 and if so
on what build?
