[mapguide-internals] Blocking issue in Mapguide 2.4

Don't understand why i just discover that one now.

Using Mapguide Server API featureService.UpdateFeatures(...)
if the database returns an error ( lets say a constraint violation for
example )
further database access using Mapguide API fails. (Need to restart the
server to repair)

I've tried to isolate the problem
It's not provider specific( i reproduce the bug with King.Oracle,
Autodesk.Oracle, OSGeo.Sqlite)
it does not seem to be FDO related ( no problem doing the same thing with
FdoToolbox)

So it really likely to be Mapguide 2.4 related. Mapguide 2.2 works OK.
Something is going wrong catching FDO errors in Mapguide 2.4.

I'm now trying to figure out what's going on while in debug mode.
Not easy,
Does anyone has worked on catching Fdo errors since 2.2?
Some Clue would be appreciated.
