[mapguide-internals] Patch for ticket 852 (Possibility to change the selection transparency with the selection color)

Hi All,

I've attached a patch for ticket 852.

This changes the render selection mode of the AGG and GD renderers so that
the alpha component is respected as long as it is not a fully opaque value
(ie. FF). This means the default selection color of 0x0000FFFF (blue) in the
AJAX viewer will have its transparency overridden as before, but specifying
a non-FF alpha component will cause the renderers to respect that value.
