Compiling FDO for version 3.1

I have found the FDOOGR provider, that enables me to use MapInfo TAB
files directly in MapGuide OS/EP.

Unfortunately, there are a few problems
with the projections WKT in OGR/PROJ.4/Mentor-CS.
So I am trying to build the
FDOOGR provider, but with code, that allows for a simple substitution of the
WKT, to satisfy Mentor-CS.

I have sucesfully built the FDOOGR provider,
but the FDO version in SVN is now 3.2.
This may work well with MapGuide OS,
but since MapGuide EP is built with FDO 3.1, the DLL doesn't
work.

Looking through the SVN for FDO, I can't find the revision to
use.

Basically, what I need, is the header files, along with fdo.lib,
giscommon.lib, gisgeometry.lib.

It seems that there was a rename from
Gis* to Fdo* at some point (ea. GisString -> FdoString).

So, my
main question is:
How do I get a hold on the FDO header and lib files,
that were used for MapGuide Enterprise?

For future use, I would
like to know:
What is the official/most apporiate support channel for
MapGuide EP?
What is the official/most apporiate support channel for
FDOOGR?

And, finally, theses questions arose, while trying to build
the FDOOGR:
Will Autodesk release a new MapGuide EP with FDO 3.2, or is it
possible to update the current release?
How does Autodesk plan on updating
the MapGuide EP, as it obviously has numerous bugs, that are fixed in MapGuide
OS?

I someone has a better idea, for translating/substituting the
projections from OGR to Mentor-CS, please let me know.

--
