 Currently a mapguide install on windows creates a ApacheMapGuide service,
 this should be renamed as MapguideApache so that the services are found
 together
 in the services list.

 This should also be versioned "MapguideApache v2.0" like the Mapguide
 Server to allow beta testers to run multiple releases on the same machine
