 I'm not sure of the details of setting up PHP support in IIS. If you place
 a text file with the content

 <?php
 phpinfo();
 ?>

 at c:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\WebServerExtensions\www\phpinfo.php

 and then access localhost:<IIS port>/mapguide/phpinfo.php you can test
 whether php is being interpreted or just served as text.
