hardcoded in mainframe.php

 1. In localized Studio (connected to localized site server), create new
 web layout (normal, not flexible) and preview it using AJAX viewer
  1. Click the "Cancel" button of the login dialog instead of logging in

 The message "You must enter a valid login ID and password to access this
 site" displays in English. This message is currently hardcoded in
 "www/mapviewerphp/mainframe.php". This string is already localized in
 "www/localized/%lang%" (NEEDLOGIN string) so it could be used from there.
