 Motivation
 Selection is something very centric in many custom applications. So it
 must be fast and easy to use. It is sometimes pretty difficult to select
 point features or to select many polygons object when there is other
 polygons under them.

 So i would like to propose to add a new icon in the legend to be able to
 toggle the selectability of each layers.
