 These are the following observations so far opening the sample fusion
 templates using Firefox 3 (beta 3) on Windows XP

 * Floating windows are hidden, but you can see them between map image
 refreshes.
 * Tooltips display fine for Maroon and TurquoiseYellow, but exhibit the
 same symptoms as the floating windows for the other templates.
 * Context menus do not show at all.
