 On the issue of tile size, it is set by default to 300 x 300 in
 OpenLayers.Layer.MapGuide but I believe it could be overridden with an
 option in the Extension of the Map tag in the ApplicationDefinition.  Not
 now, of course, but we could add that as an option :)
