 Currently, in order to refresh the contents of the "Load Packages" section
 of the Site Administrator, you need to either refresh the browser or click
 on a different item and then click back.

 It would be nice if a refresh button could be added to the "Load Package"
 section.

 It could be as simple as a self-referencing hyperlink, or as complex as an
 AJAX call.
