 Currently mapguide doesn't respond to a server stop signal immediately,
 but it waits to complete all the current requests.

 As discussed in #722 ideally the server should abort (r/o) rendering
 operations

 Potentially the abort time could be configurable, i.e. to abort and exit
 after say 30s
