Comment:

 Fixed with r4465.

 There is now a line/col indicator at the top.
 It works, but if you select something, it always shows the bottom-most
 position, rather than the actual carret position. This is due to a strange
 implementation of the .Net Textbox, where you cannot control the carret
 directly, but only manipulate SelectionStart and SelectionLength (and
 SelectionStart is alway the top-most location, regardless of the carret).
