 I think that things like CSMap and FDO don't need to be configurable as
 part of the !MapGuide install.  However, the Logs directory and the
 Packages directory are things that I always want to change, and was hoping
 to leave them.

 For the Apache/PHP/etc stuff...  I think that the user needs to somehow be
 able to choose whether to install Apache and whether to configure IIS, and
 if they do choose one of these, what viewer to use (Java or PHP for
 Apache, PHP or ASP for IIS).  This may be better handled with some custom
 dialogs though.

 A couple ideas to minimise installation complexity:
  - Have a "One Click" or "Custom" choice early in the installer.  One
 Click gives them Apache, PHP, everything in default locations.  Custom
 gives them full feature tree.
  - Don't initially expand the feature trees beyond the main features
 (Server, Web, Maestro).  If the user wants more detail, they can drill
 down.
