 I was attempting to copy the Maestro binaries into a folder called
 "C:\Staging\!MapGuide Maestro" (surrounded by quotes) using the install
 action, but it was unable to complete the installation.  I changed this to
 short 8.3 form and it worked.  The rest of the install process (the
 installer build.bat, paraffin, etc) all were OK with the embedded space in
 the path.
