#943: Unable to complete "IIS Configuration" or "Manual Configuration" if IIS is

 In "IIS Configuration"/"Manual Configuration" after selecting "PHP"/".NET"
 the "next"-button does not work. I am not able to finish the installation
 in either of these two configurations if IIS is not installed.

 Maybe there could be a message that IIS must be installed before
 installing MapGuide Open Source... for the people who don't know what they
 are doing.
