#1153: Update the default path to the Mentor dictionaries to use on the Linux,
when the MENTOR_DICTIONARY_PATH is not defined in the system

 This is a defect. On Linux, when the MENTOR_DICTIONARY_PATH  is not set,
 the default path of Mentor Dictionaries is still
 /opt/Autodesk/mapguideenterprise2010/share/gis/coordsys. This directory is
 not exist in MapGuide 2011. This issue will cause Fusion doesn't work on
 Linux. So we need to update it to
 /opt/Autodesk/mapguideenterprise2011/share/gis/coordsys.
