 MgCoordinateSystemMgrs::ConvertFromLonLat ignores the lettering used in
 MgCoordinateSystemMgrs* MgCoordinateSystemFactory::GetMgrs(..., INT8
 nLetteringScheme, ...)

 MgCoordinateSystemMgrsLetteringScheme::Normal is always the one being used

 The problem is in the implementation class, in the method
 CCoordinateSystemMgrs::GetBesselFromLetteringScheme, where sBessel is
 never initialized for MgCoordinateSystemMgrsLetteringScheme::Alternative
