 Presumably, the intent of the MgCoordinateSystemMathComparator object was
 to enable a comparison of coordinate systes, datums, and ellipsoids with
 "numerical equivalence" as the comparison criteria.  Currently, when
 comparing datums (for example) only the ellipsoid names are compared.
 Similarly,  when comparing coordinate systems, the names of the referenced
 datums are compared; the actual datums are NOT (currently) compared for
 numerical equivalence.
