 It would be nice to be able to use the MaestroAPI assembly in a
 Silverlight context.

 This is loosely related to #1329. In fact, #1329 is a requirement since
 the offical MapGuide API cannot be used in Silverlight, and thus classes
 that wrap the offical API must be decoupled from the main MaestroAPI
 assembly.
