 OK - as per the comments in the ticket there is some custom interfacing
 from the resource menu here into the XML editor with find and replace.
 This is not particularly generic as there are fixed values that need
 consideration on how to make flexible and generic.

 However, the changes to the EditAsXmlMenu_Click() to support opening
 multiple resources by clicking at a folder level rather than an individual
 resource I believe are already suitable for review.
