 There are 2 copies of this file and one is the wrong one and generates
 some dummy help documentation.
 The 2 copies to be removed are in the 2.2gp branch and in the trunk:

 http://svn.osgeo.org/mapguide/trunk/MgDev/Common/Geometry/CoordinateSystemMgrs.h

 Also, the MgCoordinateSystem classes added in this release are missing the
 defgroup ingroup tags for the generated documentation
