Old description:

> Maestro's FeatureSetReader should implement the IDataReader interface.

New description:

 Maestro's FeatureSetReader should be refactored as such.

  * Make it an abstract class with http and native subclasses
  * Implement the ADO.net IDataReader interface so that it can interop w/
 things such as the DataTable class
