Comment(by jng):

 Is this in the actual Load Procedure schema? Because the CoordinateSystem
 schema element defines the coordinate system to assign if none is found.
 There is no boolean option in the schema to say override with the
 specified CoordinateSystem, meaning this option (if I implemented it)
 cannot be saved.
