 When loading DWFs via a Load Procedure the Coordinate System and Extents
 of the Drawing Source are set automatically. When you create these Drawing
 Sources manually, they are not. The Drawing Source editor should auto-set
 the coordinate system and extents when a DWF resource data file has been
 marked.
