 Actually I was a bit confused.  The setting that controls whether or not
 geometry is "optimized" is the GeneralizeData rendering service property,
 and it only applies to AGGRenderer and GDRenderer.  DWFRenderer always
 "optimizes" geometry.

 The SE_Renderer::OptimizeGeometry flag is currently only used for
 optimizing display of text.

 But my original point is still valid - we only want to disable
 OptimizeGeometry when drawing a static EPlot, and so the override should
 be set in EPlotRenderer and not DWFRenderer.
