 The function "swscanf" was used in the methed
 "SE_StyleVisitor::ParseDoublePair"
 and "SE_StyleVisitor::ParseGeometry", and they maybe be invoked in many
 times when there are many symbols and layers in some case, and it resulted
 in bad performance.
