 We would like to consider Mapguide as an alternative to the commercial GIS
 package for webgis and would like to request the most importaint
 enhancement - processing capability to accept min. 350
 simultaneous/concurrent users (optimum 1200). We cannot get approval for
 any testing due to this missing scalability functionality.

 We believe MapGuide should have the processing spread to:
 - subprocesses (e.g. worker processes fetching data and preparing the
 rendered image and serving it to the mapguide.exe, can be deployed over
 multiple servers)
 - main mapguide process (serving as a manager and coordinator of processes
 - one instance running per server)
