 The mgserver.sh and mgserverd.sh scripts do not set the NLSPATH
 environment variable pointing to /usr/local/fdo-3.7.0/%N

 Without this variable set, MgFdoExceptions thrown will contain the FDO
 symbolic message id instead of the underlying message.
