 Right now build_oem.sh builds ACE with the same default settings
 regardless of bitness and/or debug/release mode.

 ACE's makefile supports passing in
  * buildbits=32|64
  * debug=1|0
  * optimize=1|0

 We should control these values from within build_oem.sh
