[mapguide-users] Migration Tools

Apparently for the enterprise version there will be tools provided for
migrating MWF files into a repository, a migration guide, ADN support,
and ADN training.
 
Existing applications will have to be ported manually because of the
signigicant change in API (from client-based to server-based).
