[mapguide-users] start execution hangs (Fedora 4 install)

Have you updated both the serverconfig.ini file and the webconfig.ini
file with the port changes? They both must be set to the same ports.

I get the message "connection refused" when I try to connect to
localhost:8008.  This port worked prior to the mapguide build.
