[mapguide-users] MapGuide Manual

Osgeo is a wiki for a wide range of purposes. MapGuide Manual is a wiki with
one purpose. Its goal is to build Open Source curriculum for MapGuide. I
think that the focus of this goal makes it work best in its own wiki.
