The SDF format requires an Identity (primary key) column be assigned to each feature class.
 
Either your source table doesn't contain a primary key, or FDO2FDO isn't reverse engineering the key properly.
 
If there is a key field and it isn't being detected, you may be able to use the schema mapping tools in FDO2FDO to map it manually, but I'm not sure as I haven't encountered this situation.  If it doesn't have a key, you may need to set up a view that includes ROWNUM (not totally sure that this is possible) so that you get a pseudo key for use in SDF.

Just trying out fdo2fdo, using the copy to sdf section (from oracle), i get a

Class 'KingOra:HYDRO_FEATURE' has no identity properties.  error

any idea?
