[mapguide-users] Chinese text on feature lable are incorrect,feature data source is MySQL

I got it!!!

Before I insert data, I excute "set names latin1;". and then all correct.

I think MapGuide's core or FDO use latin,  we can't modify it, but we can
modify our data's charset ,let data's charset same as which charset MapGuide
or FDO used.
