Yes, we've successfully compiled / tested MG on Fedora Core 4 using gcc
4.0.2.  Version 4.1.2 also works.

Glad you got it working.

Well i am now capable to run mgserver i think my last install is the
good
one! i think that the main difference is the gcc version 4.0.2. the
first
time i made a wrong install of the gcc so ./configure use the 4gcc 4.0.0
version. I am really new to linux and i think the gcc installation was
the
most difficult step in the install process.
