Hi,

 

I don't think that it's possible to automatically pick up multiple directories in one pass.

 

You can make an XML version of the RIC using the utility posted on this page:

 

https://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/wiki/FdoGdalNotes#CreatingTileIndexConfigFiles

 

The code only looks at a single directory though; you will need to it to recurse into subdirectories if you need it to do that.

Is there any substitute to RasterImageCatalogue?

Why Gdal data source connection does not recognize images in subfolders?
