It will work at as a 32 bit app using WOW64.  You will have to configure IIS
to run 32-bit applications, however.

I've read conflicting opinions about MGOS and 64 bit. Has anyone got any
pointers on installing MGOS 2.0.x on a Windows 2003 64-bit server with IIS
