[mapguide-users] Run MGOS 1.2 with IIS 7 (Vista)

I attempted to get it running but it was pretty difficult.  I believe it
is possible, with a lot of work.   I think Vista SP1 will have better
support for PHP so I would wait for that before hosting a site on a
Vista machine.
