Sure sounds like it.

Can you please file a ticket for this, along with the steps required to
produce (what MapAgent call you are using, if possible the entire URL
using the Sheboygan dataset).

The first RC should be coming out in the next few days, so if you could
re-test at that point too, that would be great.
