[mapguide-users] The big MapGuide cross-browser question!

Hello everyone,

Some of the projects we are working on require that we have cross browser
support for our MapGuide ajaxviewer. I think we're doing quite well and we
are using a mix of 1.2 and 2.0 servers. For production reasons we can't
upgrade our 1.2 servers. 

Here's a run down of MapGuide cross browser support:

Browser          MG1.2          MG2.0
IE6                ok               ok
IE7                ok               ok
Opera 9.5       patchable     patchable
Firefox 2         ok               ok
Firefox 3         No               patchable
Safari 3.11      No               ok

I've tested the MG2.0 patches for Firefox 3 and Opera 9.5 (thanks very much
everyone!) but as you can see I still have a problem using Safari 3.11 and
Firefox 3 with MapGuide 1.2 

Crispinatime was very helpful trying to build the FF3 patch for MapGuide 1.2
but his version didn't work which was a shame :-(

So, I guess I'm asking if someone has already done this and if so, can you
offer any pointers?
