The Gdalnotes wiki says:

"With the release of FDOGDAL 3.2.3, Frank has added support for tile 
indexes in an XML config file.

MapGuide Maestro <http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/maestro> will 
allow you to create these tile indexes in an intuitive GUI."


Where do I find that gui?
