[mapguide-users] MGOS2.0.2 bundled installation won't support php on IIS6

Not quite.

The Ip adresses you were changing were not for the webserver, they
were for some internal communication in MapGuide, and that should not be 
exposed.

There are no problems with communicating with the MapGuide Site Admin 
through the DNS name (option 3).
At least not the security problems I was refering to (but the password 
is sent unencrypted!).

If both the webserver and MapGuide is running on the same machine, you 
should not have to change any settings.
