[mapguide-users] How to enable markup using Design review

I hit the Complex linestyles and theming bug as well, but I was on linux,
compiling from svn and I found that couple of commits after the 2.0.1
release
completely resolved this issue for me...

2.0.1 behaved really strangely, from memory whilst zoom in and out, roads
would disappear and reappear
