Hi,

I want to get suggestions/opinions from all of you.

I have hundreds of layers available in Shape File (.shp) format.

Each layer represents an individual map.

And on the fly I link layer with map and map to the layout.

And I also got success in doing that.

But I found problems with run time maps. E.g. Setting/Getting Selections
related and More Development Efforts.

So now my question is should I make static maps with static layouts? Or
should I Continue with Run time maps?

Means should I create each map and each layout in maestro itself. And
call the respective layout whichever I need at run time.

Which is the best approach in respect of the following? I have listed
the below features according to my priority from higher to lower.

I am more concern with high priorities.

Priority 1. Functionality & Features of Viewer.

Priority 2. Development Efforts.

Priority 3. Load on Map Server.

Priority 4. Resource Consumption like Memory.

Priority 5. In respect of Future Adaptability of MGOS Versions.

The rest of the features if you can suggest/think of can also be
included.

Thanks & Regards,

Ravinder
