[mapguide-users] setActiveTab in Fusion MGOS Beta 1

It works - thanks once again for your help, Paul. 

It feels so good to break out of the frames structure! I still have a lot of
little things to do, but I think I'll be ready to switch to Fusion in
production by the end of the month.
