[mapguide-users] Resource was not found

Hello,
How can I create a runtime map?
I have a map instance created by MgMap.Create, but if after that I try to
call MgMap.Open or MgMap.Save, I get a exception like "Resource was not
found: Session ..... .Map"

With this instance the RenderMap works fine, and also the layers visibility
changing, but some other methods fail and I think this is the reason.
