Thank you for the trouble-shooting advice!

I tried it and the result is:
Loaded Configuration File  C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Web\Php\php.ini  

and below that there are some load stuff maybe, MapGuideApi only got a name
with no more detail on it.

libxml
libXML support  active  
libXML Version  2.6.26  
libXML streams  enabled  


MapGuideApi
mbstring
Multibyte Support  enabled  
Multibyte string engine  libmbfl  
Multibyte (japanese) regex support  enabled  
Multibyte regex (oniguruma) version  4.4.4  
Multibyte regex (oniguruma) backtrack check  On  

Does this means settings are okay?
