to me . In my case i found that this occurs when background is transparent
with PNG8, GIF or JPG output.

If you don't need transparency, you just have to add a white background
layer with 0% foreground transparency.

I think those black pixels correspond to the semitransparent sub-pixels (see
below) generated by AGG renderer.

i haven't received any answer ,  but i think MG unfortunately does not
support semitransparency in PNG8 Output.
