Thank you very much .
so what i understood is

1)There is no need to create temoprary feaure sorce.I can use
SetresourceData method.
2)i need to create only temporary layer definition and add this resid to
this layer?

is n't it?but i had some doubt  on this sdf file is in different projection
system.and my map is in different projection/i need to reproject this newly
sdf file.

is it possible?
